FerroChem make Ready to use Fluorescent Ink and luorescent Magnetic Ink, FerroChem Luminous Supreme, is used for crack detection by magnetic particle inspection under UV or black light in dark conditions. The cracks are visible as fluorescent yellow green lines when viewed under UV or black light. FerroChem make ready to use fluorescent magnetic ink, FerroChem Luminous supreme is packed in 420 ml net capacity Aerosol can for applying on the job surface. The suspension medium used is colourless, odorless, low sulphur & chlorine, petroleum based, high flash point oil. The suspension medium does not cause skin irritation thus making the use very user-friendly at sites.

FerroChem have developed a ready to use black non fluorescent ink and non fluorescent magnetic ink, FerroChem black for crack detection by MPI. The standard packing is aerosol spray can having 420 ml net content. The suspension medium used is colourless, odourless, low sulphur & chlorine, petroleum based, high flash point oil. The suspension medium does not cause skin irritation thus making the use very user-friendly at sites. The Magnetic Powders used for suspension are highly sensitive to weakest leakage field. FerroChem make, FerroChem Black has found unique application because of the high sensitivity of crack detection at remote and over head applications. The use of white contrast coat to off set unfavorable colour background of the job does not hamper the crack detection sensitivity and has made the use of FerroChem black in combination with white contrast coat very popular.

Crack Check White Contrast is amongst the Best of FerroChem make Products which have no direct relevance to crack detection by MPI, but due to its unique qualities, it is used at every place where Crack Detection by MPI is practiced especially in out door applications. FerroChem White Contrast is available in Self Spray Aerosol Cans of 420 ml. Net Contents. A uniform white Coat on almost any kind of surface without pre-coat preparation can be obtained by simply spraying the contents. The coat dries off within 60 seconds hiding the non favorable background of the job. The above characteristics of Crack Check white contrast makes it the most suitable for using in combination with FerroChem Black for crack detection by MPI. Crack detection sensitivity obtained by using crack check white contrast in combination with ferrochem black is equivalent to that obtained by using FerroChem make fluorescent inks and it has an additional advantage of inspection in day light without the hassel of using special lighting arrangements.
