Established in 1977, we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization growing by leaps and bounds under the motivating leadership of Mr. A. L. Datar. We are a reputed member of MCCIA along with Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture. We are also the sole selling agents of Eishin Kagaku Co. Ltd., Japan for India and South Asia. We offer 25 varieties of magnetic powders along with 35 varieties of accessories (MT / PT). Most of our 75 types of products are predominantly used in magnetic particle testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Along with these we also offer various services such as calibration and servicing of MPI Machines, Training and certification [Level 1 and Level 2] in MT and PT along with providing assistance in failure analysis, product developments and metallurgical consultancy. We also provide marketing of rust inhibitors and bulk aerosol packing. Our services and products serve to various industries such as Automobile, Forging, Foundry, Heavy Engineering and Fabrication, Railways, Defense, Aerospace and others. They are supplied to various reputed companies such as Bharat Forge Ltd., Thermax Ltd., Praj Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., BHEL and Railways. We export our range to more than thousand companies in countries such UK, UAE, Singapore, Germany, Malaysia, Kuwait, Iran, Syria, Myanmar, Angola and Bhutan.

We provide our products and services by a well knit network if 20 dealers. We operate in a manufacturing unit of an area of 2465 sq. feet but soon will shift to new spacious premises at Jejuri MIDC, built up on 8100 Sq. meter area. We manufacture our range by using sophisticated machines like Sigma Mill, Muffle Furnace and Bantam Pulverizes Oven along with Long & Short Shaft Mixer. Moreover, we use high graded Iron Powder, Dyes, Solvents and Aerosol packing material as raw material in the production process. These products are tested on various parameters such as crack detection and others to ensure their high quality and durability. These are tested under periodical maintenance of BS EN ISO 9001:2000, RDSO and BHEL. We provide our range with customized solutions along with packaging facilities in Corrugated Boxes, Aerosol Cans and Plastic Containers. Moreover, to ensure hassle free transaction, we also offer our clients with convenient payment modes such as bank, Cash, Letter of credit, Demand Draft and E-payment.
