Mini Black Light, Marking Pens and Test Panels

Extremely compact, portable torch type UV light source. Requirement of high brilliance spot illumination for limited portion can be achieved with this. Operates on three 1.5 volt AA batteries and four high intensity UV LEDs.

Japanese colored marking pens duly certified for low halogen < 200 PPM and sulphur < 50 PPM for marking on special S.S. & nickel titanium alloy components now available in India with FerroChem. These Marking Pens are available in four different colors black, red, blue & white. Along with these, marking pens test certificate confirming the sulphur and chlorine fluorine contents is provided. Marking pens have wide applications such as marking various joint, locations, defects on pipe lines, various type of vessels, castings etc. Very useful for industries like refineries, fertilizer, aerospace, special fabrication, gas and oil pipelines, nuclear, NDT service providers to these industries etc.

These panels are used for periodic evaluation of quality, reliability and testing sensitivity of the penetrant and for comparison between two makes of penetrant materials. Ni–Cr panels are brass panels coated with nickel chromium alloy that comes in 35 mm X 100 mm dimensions in pairs having artificially developed cracks of various depths are available in: 10, 20, 30, and 50 microns. These panels are suitable for both red and fluorescent dye penetrants. Along with the product manufacturer certificate and the photograph of typical crack indications also been supplied.

These are the two blocks of 50 mm × 35 mm x10 mm of Aluminium alloy, which are cracked by heating them to very high temperature and quenching in water. Used for comparing the performance of the penetrant and for comparison between two penetrants of different makes or batches. Comparison can be done with the pattern of crack indications and photographs provided. These blocks made according to ASME section V.
